Garage Water Damage

As we enter into the Winter season, we can certain of three things here in the northeast: holiday parties, treacherous driving conditions, and significantly dropping temperatures. That's right; break out the coats, mittens, scarves and beanies because the crisp Autumn weather is long gone. When the temperature drops below freezing, the risk for frozen pipes increases tremendously. When a pipe freezes and then bursts, it can very easily create significant damage on a commercial or residential property. Pictured, we have  a significantly water damaged garage which was a result of a burst heating pip in the bedroom above. As you can see, significant damage was done to the ceiling, walls and floor. Tear out and drying services were performed by your local SERVPRO professionals. When the job was complete, the affected areas were left clean, dry and ready to be reconstructed.
