Apartment Fire in Southern Vermont

At this particular project, a multi-apartment building experienced an electrical fire which caused smoke damage throughout the building. The smoke damage was severe and passed through multiple and apartments. Pictured is the bathroom of the most heavily affected apartment. Deodorization machines and air scrubbing devices were installed to help with the air quality and smoke odor. Cleaning was performed to all salvageable surfaces. Some items and areas were too severely damaged and needed to be replaced. The bath vanity and sink and flooring were replaced. Walls, ceiling and trim boards were repainted following a dry and wet cleaning. The toilet was salvaged following a thorough cleaning.
