Commercial Water Damage – Keene Conference Center

Commercial water damage struck this Keene conference center when the fire suppressant sprinkler system malfunctioned. The pictured meeting room had commercial grade carpeting, and it was 90 percent covered with water. When called in for this type of water damage the trained staff from SERVPRO of Cheshire County do a complete damage assessment and present a comprehensive water restoration plan to the property manager and their insurance company. This job would require the use of truck-mounted heavy duty pumps and several portable wet-vacs to extract all of the water from the short napped commercial grade carpeting. After the water cleanup, commercial air movers and dehumidifiers would be employed to aid in the drying of the carpeting and the air.
