Mold Remediation For Tiled Wall

A commercial building in Keene, New Hampshire recently discovered abnormal mold colonization in a basement bathroom due to poor water drainage around the building's foundation. The water damage went undetected for an extended period of time which resulted in the mold growth. SERVPRO of Cheshire County helped in the remediation of the affected wall which was ceramic tile of sheet rock. The affected wall was carefully removed and disposed of. The remaining studs were then treated with an antimicrobial solution, were dried and the area was thoroughly cleaned. Plastic containment and negative air machines were used to prevent cross contamination to nearby unaffected areas.
