Flooded Basement in Stratton, VT
This water damage in Stratton, VT was caused by a well pump that malfunctioned and ran continuously for hours. The water ran for so long that it drained the entire well right down to the silt at the bottom. Water and silt spread throughout the entire finished basement and multiple rooms. The water intrusion affected flooring, drywall, trim boards and insulation all of which was removed in order to dry and sanitize properly. Following the demolition, the SERVPRO of Cheshire, Windham and Windsor Counties Team installed commercial drying equipment in order to accelerate the drying. The entire process was completed in the matter of only a few days and the clean, dry areas were all set for reconstruction. The clients were completely satisfied with our crew's work as well as the project manager's handling of the entire project.
