Hurricane Irene Cleanup 2011
This is a commercial water damage cleanup resulting from the floods caused by Hurricane Irene. This cleanup took place in a financial institution which was located within a business park in Southern Vermont. The water that roared through this part of town was so heavy that it brought with it a large amount of mud, silt, rocks and debris. Prior to beginning water mitigation services, SERVPRO concentrated it's efforts on removing the mud and debris as you can see in the before photo. Once this task was completed, carpets were removed, lower sections of drywall and insulation were removed, and affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and dried. The after photo shows how the space looked at the conclusion of SERVPRO's services.
