Apartment Fire in Southern Vermont

At this particular project, a multi-apartment building experienced an electrical fire which caused smoke damage throughout the building. The smoke damage was severe and passed through multiple and apartments. Pictured is the kitchen of the most heavily affected apartment. Deodorization machines and air scrubbing devices were installed to help with the air quality and smoke odor. Cleaning was performed to all salvageable surfaces, and furniture. Some items and areas were too severely damaged and needed to be replaced. The appliances and cabinetry needed to be replaced. Walls, ceiling and trim boards were repainted following a dry and wet cleaning. The flooring was replaced as well.
