Job Site Visit- Water Damage and Demo- Return Visit

A couple weeks ago, we started work on this house after the cold snap caused multiple pipe breaks on the second floor. The pipes breaking caused substantial water damage on the second floor as well as the main level of the home. Unfortunately, the interior of the house was so saturated and damaged that substantial demolition needed to take place to remove damaged drywall, wainscoting and flooring. Here we are in the final phases of demolition and will give the house a thorough cleaning and check that everything is completely dry so that a builder can put things back together.
